The substitution of players during the match is unlimited.
When the ball rolls outside the sideline, the game is resumed by the player of the opposing team, either by making a pass with his foot or by running out of bounds on his own. A direct kick from the sideline is not allowed, a kick after running out of bounds is allowed.
The match is supervised by one referee appointed by the tournament organizer.
A direct score during a free-kick is allowed.
A 9-meter penalty is awarded for a foul in the penalty area.
Cards are displayed in 5x5, 7x7, 8x8 and 9x9 formats. The yellow card shown is a warning. The red card is shown - the player must be replaced. The player who receives a red card can no longer continue the match. In 3x3 tournaments, cards are not shown.
Scores are written in A and B level tournaments. In 2018/2019 age group tournaments, scores are not written.
With a sufficient number of teams in the tournament, teams are divided into A and B levels. In the event of a small number of teams in the tournament, the organizers reserve the right to conduct a single-level tournament.
When teams score equally, the following are taken into account: 1) the result of the mutual match; 2) the ratio of goals; 3) the number of goals scored.
In the playoff stage, when teams play in a draw, penalties are scored from 9 meters away. Three children are selected from a team.
Players from all teams get medals. Prize places - trophies and medals.
The results are announced live during the tournament. The results will also be announced after the tournament ends.
Two kids from each team participate in the comtest of kick strength.
The football field is designed for playing teams. The parent support area is the space on the treadmill next to the football field.
Drums and bagpipes are forbidden during the tournament.
The tournament organizers leave the right to remove a club, team, player, or fans from the tournament for unsportsmanlike behavior.
Team coaches take full responsibility for their team's mentors during the tournament.
Only children of that age group or younger can play in the team. The exception applies to girls, the team may include girls one year older. Team coaches must ensure that this honorable game principle is adhered to. If the tournament organizers are suspected of abusing the principle of fair play, the coach may be asked to show a document confirming the age of the child (student certificate, COMET system). If the child is older or the coach does not have the opportunity to prove the age of the child, the organizers reserve the right to remove the team from the tournament or allow the team to continue to participate in the tournament, but for the team including technical defeats 0-3, regardless of the result that the match ends on the field.
